I highly reccomend scheduling a session, it's well worth it. Both Tina Danielson and Angela Holstein are amazing at Zen-ith Reiki. One of my favorite things Tina does is her HeartMath sessions. All her skills are there to help you. There are so many to choose from, you'll have to visit Zen-ithreikiandreadings.com to read them all and decide what you need. I've had Reiki therapy, oracle card psychic sessions, and many mediumship classes with her. Her classes are found on meetup.com/s-taugustine-reiki-exchange/events. I try to never miss one of Dr Tina's workshops and circles and retreats.
